How to Adjust Power Settings to Make Your Clouds Fat as You Like
There’s only one rule that you really need to remember here: the more power, the bigger the cloud!
You'll notice that the vape pens and vaporiser have different wattage capacities. A typical wattage is 60w. When you browse for pens, you'll notice that they will say 30w, or 100w, of even 250w.
You'll also find YouTube videos of people who custom-make their pens and create wattages of more than 1000w! They make some humungous clouds, but it’s not recommended that you go that high.
You also have to understand another thing about watts and vaporisers. Many vaporisers/vape pens have variable wattage. This means that you can adjust the wattage as you want. For instance, when vaping in public, you'll probably want to choose a low wattage because it’s not wise to create huge vape clouds while you're out amongst the people – many won’t like walking through your clouds!
Another thing that you need to understand is that how powerful the wattage is depends on the unit. For example, if you buy two pens from the same vape shop and they have the same wattage range, they are not necessarily equal. If one pen takes more wattage to heat the coil (e.g. because the coils are larger) then it will produce a smaller cloud than the other pen that takes less wattage to heat the coil – you could set them both to 60w, but their clouds will be different.
There’s also a danger of overheating if you vape at a high wattage with a pen/vaporiser that is not optimised for that particular wattage. Because the battery is heating the coil, you need a certain amount of airflow to ensure that the heat can dissipate. Without this, it can become dangerously hot. Not only will this make your vape hot to the touch, but it will make the cloud hot too, and that can hurt your throat.

Right, so the most difficult part in overcoming smoking is the cravings. It will feel to you as if you have to smoke this instance. However, it’s actually relatively easy to overcome the cravings once you understand one thing: they pass.
Cravings will only last an hour or two at a time. During that time, you will feel as if you have to have a cigarette. You will find it difficult to think of anything else but smoking. Most people are tricked by this feeling, though. When you're in the middle of a craving, you think it will last forever and that you will always feel that desperate drive.
You won’t. Just like anything, this too shall pass. If you manage to sit through your cravings, you will find that they go away again after an hour or two. The trick is to realise that the cravings are temporary and not permanent. As long as you can do that, you will be able to give up smoking.
It’s not even a matter of mind of matter. Instead, it’s all about sitting through the cravings. Allowing yourself to feel desperate, but not to give in to the urge.
One thing that can help you manage the cravings in the moment is a nicotine replacement product. When you feel the craving hit, sit through it for as long as you can manage – at least 20 minutes – and then take a small hit from your nicotine replacement product. This will quell the cravings a little, making them easier to sit through.
To avoid becoming addicted to the nicotine replacement product, use it very sparingly. Use it at those moments when you feel you can take no more of the cravings and then don’t use it again for at least 3 hours. They work best when you use them as a crutch at your highest craving point.
I would recommend that you reach peak craving levels, and then just hold yourself there for a while before taking your nicotine hit. This way, you really are helping yourself the best because you're teaching yourself that you can sit through the craving – and you really can.

Sometimes, it’s worth choosing a product that you don’t particularly like, because it can make it easier to quit. For instance, I finished off my smoking detox with lozenges. It Helps Them to Finally Quit
This is quite obvious, but the primary reason ex-smokers gave for starting to vape was that it would help them to quit. There were a few things that we noted here, and it’s important for you to be aware of them before you attempt to vape. Understanding these issues will make it much more likely for you to succeed in quitting smoking:
1. Some people had to keep trying before the vape habit actually took hold. They’d go back to smoking intermittently until eventually quitting smoking entirely. Therefore, you should expect a few relapses.

I’m not entirely sure what you call a person that vapes!), I’m going to share with you the things that I’ve learned about vaping, and in particular, the best liquids to buy. Here are my top tips to help you make the right choices when choosing your vape.
High VG gives you big plumes – I’m talking huge plumes, much bigger than a cigar’s plumes. You can buy eliquid that is 100% VG with infused flavouring.
Most vape liquids combine both PG and VG. PG is lighter than VG, so you get a cleaner hit. Some people prefer it while others don’t, so try different ratios before you decide on which one to stick to. A common ratio is 30% PG to 70% VG. You still get decent plumes, but it’s not as deep and fat as with VG.
Clearly, the strongest is 24mg and it’s quite the hit. It’s stronger than smoking a cigarette. You only need about 4 puffs on a 24mg liquid to get the same hit as a cigarette, so be very careful. It can be panic inducing if you don’t know what you’re doing. If you try to smoke a 24mg as if it was a cigarette (about 20 puffs) it will blow your head off quite a lot. It’s the equivalent of smoking 5 cigarettes at a time! You’d have to be hard-core, and no, that’s not a dare!

Vaping: What Is It?
Vaping is similar to smoking, but rather than inhaling smoke, you inhale vapour. The vapour is generated via the vaporiser (it looks a little bit like a pen with an old-fashioned cigarette holder attached to the end) or an e-cigarette (looks much like a cigarette, apart from it’s made of metal). Vapour is simply liquid in a different form, so there is no smoke, although it does look and feel very similar.
What Is a Vaporiser?
You use the vaporiser to create vapour and then you inhale and exhale that vapour in the same way you would a cigarette. The vapour comes from the heating up of e-liquids inside the vaporiser.
There are two types of vaporiser: the e-cigarette and the vaporiser (vape). They come in a huge range of sizes, colours, and shapes.
With a vaporiser, you buy the e-liquid separately and you simply add it to the ‘tank’. With an e-cigarette, you buy special cartridges that you screw to the bottom of the unit – these are yellow, and represent the filter section on a normal cigarette.
Is There Nicotine in an E-Cigarette or Vaporiser?
The answer to this depends on which liquid/cartridge you choose. You can use both nicotine and non-nicotine cartridges and e-liquids. The majority of people that use e-cigarettes and vaporisers do choose to have nicotine in their premium e-liquids.
In addition to this, different liquids will have differing amounts of nicotine. The usual amounts are 3 mg, 6mg, 12mg, 18mg, and 24mg. it refers to the amount of nicotine per ML of liquid. To put it into context, a typical strength cigarette contains around 4mg of nicotine. You take around 20 puffs per cigarette, which equates to 0.2mg of nicotine per puff of a cigarette.
You get around 3600 puffs from a 15ml e-liquid and you get around 1mg per puff for the full strength 24mg cartridge, meaning you only need 3 puffs to vape the equivalent of a cigarette. That’s quite potent, so do be careful if you choose a high-strength product like this. The lower the mg of nicotine, the more puffs you have to take to achieve the same ‘buzz’.
Can You Buy Different Flavour Liquids
Yes. This is another thing that makes vaping so much better than smoking. You don’t have to stick to the same flavour. The premium e-liquids are very tasty – our personal favourite is pancake!
